In late 2020, we began our fundraising efforts through our 873 golf tournaments, Jukebox Bingo, 873 Game Beast beer, Hockey Game and Skills Competition, merchandise sales, raffles and generous donations. With this, we have been able to donate over $40,000 to multiple families in need. This also includes Christmas donations to students in need from Medway High School, a $500 bursary towards post secondary education for an athlete at Medway, Donation to Summer Sports Academy to award the camp leader who displays teamwork, discipline and overcoming adversity.
We have also been able to provide financial support to kids in organized sports by covering registration fees, tournament fees, and equipment purchases to those who qualify for assistance.
